The Proactive Property Awards

We know that corporate real estate professionals come up with some pretty amazing solutions, and we love to celebrate them.

CoreNet’s Proactive Property Awards are all about acknowledging and celebrating the very best corporate real estate solutions created to solve business challenges - big or small.

At a time when property has a hugely powerful influence on organisational performance and success, we are again looking for corporate real estate professionals (teams, companies, groups of any sort) to send in submissions to showcase your real estate solutions to business problems. In the process, we’d like you to show us how you have generated significant value outcomes resulting from people making a proactive difference to their organisation through property.

This year we will be presenting two awards:

  1. The Proactive Property Award

Emphasising ‘corporate’, we are looking for real estate professionals (teams, companies, groups of any sort) to send in submissions to showcase your real estate solutions to corporate problems. In the process, we’d like you to show us how you have generated significant value outcomes resulting from making a proactive difference to your organisation through property.

  1. The CoreNet Global NZ Young Leader Of The Year

We invite you to nominate yourself or a colleague for the Young Leader of the Year Award 2021. This award recognises the Young Leader of the Year (35 or under) who shows a dedication and enthusiasm for his/her work, exemplifies excellence and should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of corporate real estate (CRE) in any member category.

Why submit?

Have you solved a business challenge with a corporate real estate solution? Have you generated value for your organisation through identifying an issue or challenge and then solving it through property?

If so, CoreNet’s Proactive Property Awards could give your team and your organisation a real boost, along with the prize of a 3 free registrations for the 2022 CoreNet Symposium. And we will profile the shortlist, finalists and winner across the CoreNet network and in the media.

And do you have a young up and coming property star in your team – a person making waves with their leadership and the impact they are making? We’d love to learn more about them if so.
