Rachael is a litigation partner specialising in employment and health and safety law, together with public and administrative law and Maori legal issues.
Rachael advises clients on their obligations under the Health and Safety in Employment Act and assists clients with investigations and prosecutions under that Act. She has also provided a number of clients with advice on the proposed reforms of the health and safety legislation as contained in the Health and Safety Reform Bill and with advice regarding their obligations in relation to earthquake-prone buildings and how this relates to obligations under health and safety legislation.
