Trust Me!' discusses a research collaboration project between Swinburne University in Melbourne, Geyer - an Australian design practice and the Great Place to Work Institute, a global consultancy that explores corporate culture in the context of what makes a great place to work. The aim of the research is to study traits of the physical environment which foster or hinder the building of organisational trust. This presentation will share initial findings of the 18 month research initiative.
